Congratulations to two Pathfinder engineers who have earned new certifications.
Michael Wik, EIT, CHD, has become an ASHRAE Certified HVAC Designer. CHDs demonstrate competency to design HVAC systems to meet building/project requirements, including equipment, equipment sizing, load calculations, mechanical room design, duct and piping design, and plans for permit and construction. Mike is a Mechanical Engineer.
Joe Maioli, LEED AP, CPHC, has completed the requirements to become a Phius Certified Passive House Consultant. CPHCs design to the Phius climate-specific building standard, the leading passive building certification in North America. Joe is an Energy Engineer.
