Rochester General Hospital Dialysis Center and Medical Office Building

Pathfinder provided mechanical engineering for a 10,000 sq. ft. Kidney Dialysis Facility and Medical Office Building for Rochester General Hospital.  The facility had very specific requirements for patient comfort including individual heating control for each dialysis suite and radiant slab to maximize patient well-being during the lengthy dialysis process.

Pathfinder provided the HVAC and hydronic design for the building, including control strategy for the DDC control system.

The project was delivered by a fast-track Design-Build method.
