Pathfinder is providing Level II energy audits – along with mechanical and electrical engineering in support of master planning – for New York Power Authority buildings in the Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse region as a subconsultant to Arcadis. Our first project is at the Niagara Power Plant in Lewiston, NY, which is more than one million square feet. We will help identify opportunities for NYPA to reach their BuildSmart 2025 energy reduction goals.
On our initial site visit Pathfinder’s Matt Meyer, Joe Maioli and Tony Scarpace surveyed for various mechanical and energy-related improvements, and just by luck, a stator from one of the generators was out for maintenance.
