Geneseo's Monroe Hall Earns LEED Gold

Awards

AHU.jpgPathfinder's engineering design and energy modeling services were key to SUNY Geneseo's Monroe Hall dormitory renovation achieving USGBC LEED Gold certification. Providing an updated living/learning environment for the 180 students residing at the three-story, 52,000 sq. ft., Monroe Hall was paramount in this total rehabilitation project. The result is a  fully renovated, energy-efficient facility that achieved 60% better than ASHRAE 90.1 2007; an Energy Use Index (EUI): 53.2 kBtu/SF; and a total of 20 LEED Energy & Atmosphere credits (including 14 points toward Credit 1).
