St. Ann's Community

Pathfinder provided full service engineering design for the renovation of 2,400 sq. ft. residential area of a 500-bed skilled nursing home.  Five existing resident rooms were converted into hospice suites including bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom upgrades. A sixth suite was renovated to a family suite suitable for relatives visiting hospice residents. A nursing office and the communicating corridor were also renovated.
