SUNY Binghamton University Center of Excellence

Pathfinder provided commissioning for multiple phases for the University renovated Center of Excellence. The building is 117,000 sq. ft. and houses the life science and electronic laboratories.

Pathfinder provided functional commissioning of the new mechanical systems for Phase 1.

Phase 3 included the addition of laboratories and a three-story atrium with radiant heating/chilled slab cooling and natural ventilation features. Additional equipment to serve Phase 3 was built into existing systems requiring re-commissioning of the updated systems.
