Commercial Tenant Program: A custom energy package tailored to the unique needs and requirements of a tenant.
Building Package for Standard Tenant Space: Owners and managers who wish to engage more with current and prospective tenants, may develop an energy package for a ‘typical’ tenant space in their building. The results can be shared as part of a tenant welcome package.
Combined Package: A modeler that has already worked with one of their tenants through this program can also work with the building owner to modify the custom package into a standard package. These designs can be used to inform lease negotiations and fit-outs. NYSERDA will provide 100% of the cost of modifying these designs which will eliminate the need for additional tenant-specific energy modeling in the building.
