Pathfinder provided full-service engineering and architecture, as well as commissioning, for the renovation of 192,400 sq. ft. for new cleanrooms, labs and support areas for an injector consolidation project.
Approximately 90,000 sq. ft. is class 100,000 clean space. Temperature control, ventilation and pressurization are accomplished through new air handling units. Each AHU is controlled via a dedicated space sensor and humidistat.
Architectural design included all cleanroom wall, additional roof steel, vision areas for views, and ceiling systems and finishes, as well as layout of labs, cleanrooms and support areas. Initial process equipment layout was completed by Delphi.
