James Feeley, PE, LEED AP, has joined Pathfinder Engineers & Architects as a Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer.
Mr. Feeley will manage projects for the firm’s higher education, advanced manufacturing clients and other clients, as well as mentor engineers and designers.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada. Mr. Feeley has a Master of Business Administration from the William E. Pathfinder has been selected for a new NYSERDA program that focuses on commercial tenant office spaces. It cost cost-shares the development of energy efficiency packages through building modeling. Pathfinder is also an Energy Modeling Partner with NYSERDA's New Construction Program and a FlexTech provider.
Commercial Tenant Program: A custom energy package tailored to the unique needs and requirements of a tenant.
- NYSERDA will provide 50% of the cost of developing this package from the onset.
- Tenants moving into a new construction building who are not eligible to participate in the New Construction Progran can be considered for the Commercial Tenant Program.

David Poletti has joined Pathfinder as a Senior Commissioning Agent. Pathfinder’s specialized Commissioning Department helps ensure that new buildings, those experience renovations and buildings that need fine tuning of energy consuming systems are fully functional and optimized per the intent of the engineering design. Mr. Poletti brings more than 40 years of experience including design, sales and service of HVAC and controls systems.

Nicholas Pegoli and Brian Smith have joined Pathfinder Engineers & Architects as Mechanical Engineers.
Smith, a recent graduate of Virginia Tech, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is Lean Manufacturing Green Belt Certified.
Pegoli is a recent graduate of the University of Rochester, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In April, he was the recipient of the University's Helmut Waymann Prize in recognition if his insight, integrity and skill in engineering experimentation.
